I was always looking for advice and got shamed more than once for asking uncomfortable questions. I had to learn about relationships and intimacy as I went, practicing on my own, experimenting with friends, and later with loves. In my twenties, I reconnected with my spirituality which in turn allowed me to tune deeply into my sensitivity and intuition. Along the way, I studied the esoteric arts, ceremonial work and energetic and somatic healing methods. My own journey through trauma, shame, and disconnection taught me that healing sexual wounds is not just about technique, it is about creating a safe, judgment free space where the body can finally speak its truth. I have trained in breathwork, somatic release, energetic healing, and trauma informed practices so that every session I offer is grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern healing modalities.
